Clean view, clean minds

All the rubbish spoken about lost revenues due to snow seems so pathetic.  Is it not true that anything in todays world that bursts the consumerist bubble, albeit for a morning, and brings people to the realisation that we still inhabit a living and breathing world must be good?

I am convinced that the joy and surprise of waking to a silent,fresh , white new world does something to the mind.  for those of us with a 'heads down' life it makes one stop and stare for a second or two and yes, ........ maybe play.

To my thinking, an unfamiliar view from our windows can have the effect of turning the mind through 90 degrees so that faces seem changed.

Here's to old fashioned winters

Aghh why am I sat in my office failing to do the very thing i came here for?  God knows i need the money that the dreaded invoicing will bring in and yes, an hour spent organising my week ahead would open up a calm start to the week but somehow I cannot push through this sludge of ......(fear?).
